Late supper...

Sliced Camembert and tomato on lightly toasted black olive bread with sprinkle of salt and pepper...divine.

French toast/Eggy bread/Gypsy toast. Whatever you call it, its amazing.

Really quick, delicious and not particularly unhealthy Saturday morning breakfast.
I added a little too much ketchup to this, but will know for future multi-named toast.
Mmmm I want some now.

Prawn & vegetable fried rice

  • King prawns
  • Sweetcorn
  • Peas
  • Carrots
  • Chilli
  • Chilli oil
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce

Homemade SUPERTHIN Pizza

A deep pan title to a pizza would comepletely ruin it for me. Its strange really, I like doughy bread with soup and the like but on a pizza, its got to be about the cheese and the toppings. An Italian style thin margarita does it for me everytime.

Ingredients:
For the base
  • Strong bread flour
  • Yeast
  • Olive oil
  • Warm water

For the topping
  • Passata
  • Garlic
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato puree
  • Black olives
  • Chilli
  • Oregano

A birra Bombay mix with a beers goes down nicely

...but i dislike (a lot) the peanuts! The very, very green peas are nice though. What are the stringy bits and could I make them at home...? GOOGLE!

Feta, pancetta, green bean, broad bean pasta.

Made a mountain of it, but will serve as dinner, then lunch, then dinner again. I even gave some to a neighbour for their lunch!

Ingredients:
  • Pancetta or smoked bacon
  • Feta
  • Green beans
  • Broad beans
  • Garlic
  • Penne pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

American Nachos at San Antonio Spurs game

Deliciously cheesey with amazing salasa and guacamole!

How do you eat yours?

As you can probably guess by the terrible beech coloured surface, this is my desk at work so my usual tongue-in-egg approach would not be acceptable. A small plactis spoon however served an almost made-to-measure purpose! I never used to like these, too sickly, but now I dont have any problems in polishing one off!

I do love a Bran Flake and it loves me back.

Usually eated with sliced banana and skimmed milk. A delicious and healthy breakfast!

American Face-sized Bagel Breakfast.

After travelling for around 36 hours without sleep, upon arrival to the hotel there was a menu hooked to my door for me to place my breakfast order. This is what I chose, it came with smokes bacon, poached eggs, hashbrowns and the obligatory maple syrup! To remain English, I had tea - not "cwoffee."
